Relationships: The most important "person" in his life is KITT, the AI in his hi-tech Pontiac Trans Am. Views his boss, Devon, as a father figure. Close friends with coworkers Bonnie Barstow and RC3 (Reginald Corneius III).

Appearance: Curly brown hair, bright blue eyes, 6'4", always wears his leather jacket (and usually a partway unbuttoned shirt)
Other: Born Michael Arthur Long, but was shot and assumed dead while doing detective work. Picked up by the head of the Knight foundation, given facial reconstructive surgery, a new name, KITT, and a new job he didn't want but eventually grew to value (along with those working alongside him).
